[ ten minutes later, Agito walks through the front door, one hand resting on his side while the other shoves the door open as far as it can possibly go. he doesn't bother looking for Akira, the first aid kit, or anything-- just walks his way over to the couch and lounges on it. ]

[it was a good thing Akira had been expecting him, because as soon as he hears the door, he makes his way out of his room and over to the couch-- just looking down at Agito for a moment without saying anything, waiting for him to show these burns.]

[ there's a few obvious redmarks across the right side of his face-- over his cheek, the tip of his ear, but they're not too bad. bad enough that they'll leave marks for a while, though.

when Akira walks over, he eyes him for a minute then-- pulls his shirt off over his head, and tugs at the bandages covering his right side. ]

Did you try to hug a stove?

[he kneels down in front of the couch, making himself level with Agito before rummaging through the first aid kit for something that'll help soothe the afflicted areas, at the very least.]

Shut up! I did not!

[ he sits himself up, a little. moves his arms back, to press against the couch cushions. ]

Just fix it, fuck.

Burns mostly fix themselves.

[he does pull out an instant cold compress, activating it and waiting a few seconds for it to get cold before he gently presses it against some of the harsher looking burns on Agito's side.]

Here. [with his free hand, he sets down a bottle of pain killers beside Agito.] Those'll help too, if you want them.

[ as soon as that ice pack touched his side, Agito moves his hand over, and yanks it off. ] Fuck! Don't just stick cold things on it!

[ he'll take the pain killers, though. ]
