[ Akito keeps quiet, for the most part. He moves his hand down, puts his phone back into his pocket. ]

.. I don't think I want to. I don't-- think I can balance that. But okay, I'll try.

[ Slowly he brings himself up to his feet, giving hisses and whimpers when the skin over his stomach had to stretch back out- but he got it, then moved an arm over to reach for Akira. ]

[He helps Akito out of that box and sets him on the ground, keeping a hold on him just in case-- then thinks better of it and carefully picks him back up to hold him in his arms bridal-style.]

It wont be good if you make your injuries worse. [The reason for it as he started moving back above ground, in case Akito thought to argue.]

[ It's nothing new to him-- being carried like that. Ikki's done it, Kazu's done it-- Kaito's more a throw over his shoulder sort, but. It has to count for something, right? ]

They're not that bad, really! It just-- stings a little. I just didn't expect to wake up, here. --and then there was that thing with the teeth and claws and it was scary.

[He makes a mental note to come back later and punch everything with scary teeth and claws. How dare it.]

Mm, still. I'll keep a better eye out on Lind next time, it's weird he'd just suddenly leave you somewhere so dangerous.

I don't think it was on purpose? I was-- um.. dragged out, I guess? He can push himself out, but I've never been dragged out like that before? Papa and Ikki would switch Agito and I, but this time it felt much more forced. thisisreallyhardtoexplain. I'm-- I'm not sure, but I think Agito might be sleeping, too. I tried to switch over, but he wouldn't come out. ..aah', I don't know what's going on in my own head anymore.

[ Which was when he reached out with his bloodied hands, gripped onto Akira's shirt lightly, and pressed against him. ]

Huh. The mystery deepens, in that case.

[Stranger and stranger! He makes a mental note to ask Lind about it later, if he comes out again soon. His eyes glance down at him for a second when he says that, and if it hadn't been for the fact that he was currently carrying him, he'd have given Akito a light shove for saying that.]

It's just a shirt, it's fine.

But it's a nice shirt.

[ He curled in a little tighter, leaned into Akira's chest. ]

It's not the only nice shirt left in the City.

[He held him closer, even if they were now pulling up to Akira's apartment.]

Mm, I understand. [Shrugs, halfassed, so as not to accidentally jostle Akito too much.]

Plus I deserved it for being a jerk without thinking.

[Who knows what kind of punishment he'd have received if he'd acted worse.]

[Once they were up to Akira's floor and inside his place, he took Akito straight to the bathroom, setting him down to sit on the counter next to the sink before Akira fetched a small cloth.]

You said no to the candy idea, but still want that bubble bath?

Mm', I smell. It probably wouldn't be a good idea to go without one.

[ Blood everywhere, a bit of dirt here and there-- no, not something he wanted to keep on him. His hands moved down onto his lap, when Akira set him down. ]

[Well, the bath he figured. Akito wasn't a baby. But--]

This too? [Meaning the checking and treating of whatever it was he had going on on his stomach.]

It's okay. My body's dead, anyway-- I doubt it's going to kill me or anything.

[... Frowns at! Quickly followed by a sigh.]

[ Just-- looking over, curiously. ]

--Nothing. Here.

[Hands him the now wet cloth, wiping any residual water on his shirt since it had gotten dirty already anyway.]

Want me to make you something to eat?

I'm not hungry, but thank you for offering. We can watch a movie affer I'm done, though.

[ Gingerly, Akito grabbed onto the edges of his shirt, holding onto it with his fingers tucked into the seam--and lifted it up, over his head. He winced when the fabric pulled away, causing the dried blood to peel away from skin- but it wasn't as bad ss it seemed without the cloth, though. Claw marks going across his chest, just four, and spread wide apart. ]

.. See? It's not that bad!

...Mm. It definitely could have been worse. Can you even scar now, do you think?

[He takes Akito's shirt to go throw it away on his way out.]

Alright. You take a bath, I'll go get you another eyepatch and set up a movie you like.

I have this one, still. [ He moves a hand over to his chest, presses it against the scar over his heart. ]

But I guess-- I got this before, so.

Yeah, that one's... different.

[His stare lingers at Akito's hand over the scar for a moment, but he quickly catches himself staring and a sheepish look takes over his features. Oops, right, baths and things.]

Yell if you need anything, alright? [That said, he moves to shut the door.]

I'll call you if I do, promise.

[ -and climbing off that counter, to take a bath. ]

[While Akito's doing that, Akira'll go to set up a movie and build a pillowblanket fort.]

[ Six minutes later. ]

[ A loud splash coming from the bathroom, followed by a quiet squeak. ]
